The villa has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with open kitchen and a balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining table for cozy meals together. You have your own front door and plenty of privacy.
Villa Hilltop Breeze is part of a small-scale complex that consists of the villa and three separate 2-person apartments that are also rented separately. If you come with a larger group and rent both the villa and the apartments, the connecting doors can be opened so that you are easily connected to each other.
The swimming pool is shared with the three apartments. Even at full occupancy, it's a quiet place, with up to 10 guests on site. You have a beautiful view of the surroundings and can park your car on the enclosed area with fence.
Bottelier is a nice and safe residential area, centrally located just minutes from the most beautiful beaches, bustling Willemstad and the best restaurants. The Vreugdenhil supermarket is less than a five-minute drive away. A car is recommended to explore the island in complete freedom.

- Water consumption is included.
- Electricity consumption up to 5 kWh per person per day is included.
- Additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit.
- Deposit: € 450 per stay. Any damage or additional consumption of electricity will be settled with this.
- Mandatory intermediate cleaning for stays longer than a week: €90 per 8 days.
