My holiday home is located in the very centrally located residential area of Bottelier. Bottelier is partly on a mountain (great on the wind) with a pricelessly beautiful view. The view has many sights, a beautiful view of the Jan Thiel Lagoon, but also of the Caribbean Sea and Table Mountain. In clear skies you can even see the contours of Venezuela. It is not for nothing that Bottelier has been a popular place to live on Curacao for many years.
In the vicinity you will find beautiful beaches, Vreugdehill supermarket with extended opening hours and other small shops and the famous salt pans of Jan Thiel are a 5-minute walk away.
The beaches of Jan Thiel and Caracasbaai, the Spanish Water with many water sports options, are a 10-minute drive away. There are also many good local restaurants there. In the other direction, also a 10-minute drive away, there are the famous places such as the Seaquarium and Mambo Beach. In addition to the beaches, there are nice beach restaurants and beach clubs. Willemstad is only a 10-minute drive away. The city center is a fun and safe area for some shopping or a drink at the famous trade quay. Here you can enjoy cruise ships entering the port.
The villa has a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for both young and older couples, or families.
The house has a spacious luxury kitchen with all amenities. The house has two proches, one on the wind where you can enjoy a barbeque or lounging. The other porch connects the living room with the outdoor area, here you also sit on the wind and have a beautiful view. In the living area inside is a spacious sitting area with flat screen TV.
The apartment is equipped with every luxury and has its own parking space. At the rear of the house is a storage room and the washing machine (free to use).
The prices on Micazu are based on use of the entire house and regardless of the number of people (maximum 4). We do not use seasonal rates.
Groups of young people under the age of 25 are only allowed in consultation.
The property manager can arrange airport transfer and car hire upon request. He uses local prices.
