The house is new and is very convenient to the wind and very central on the island. Within literally 5 minutes you are on the popular boulevard of Mambo Beach and with 10 minutes you are at Jan Thiel. There are many children's facilities available.
The modern house has a stylish living room with high ceilings and an open, bright kitchen with built-in appliances. Kitchen is also equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, dishcloths/towels et cetera. But also a toaster, blender, 2 coffee makers (Senseo and filter coffee) and kettle.
There are glass patio doors to the covered terrace with cozy seating. Next to the house is another canopy with a lounge set, dining table and barbecue.
The 3 bedrooms have well-functioning air conditioning and share a bathroom and a half (the master bedroom has a direct connection to the spacious bathroom). The total area including the two terraces is over 100 m2.
