The price is

including:

exclusive:

- Cleaning costs €60

- Electricity is not included in the rent.       Afterwards this will be charged at 0.40 Euro/Kwh (this will be settled with sending a Tikkie/Payment Link)

• Upon confirmation of your booking, we ask for a deposit of 25% of the total amount.

• The remaining part (75%) must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

• Check-out time is 11.00 on the day; Check-in time is 13:00 in the afternoon. However; If in connection with other reservations is possible, we give early check-in or late check-out free of charge!

Cancellation Policy: 

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel the booking, you must always confirm this to us by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If you only announce on the start date or during the rental period that you will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), you will owe the full rent.

We always advise tenants to take out cancellation insurance. To cover any costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
