Unique is that this villa has a lot of privacy and is one of the few that has no upstairs, downstairs or over-the-street neighbors.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. Furthermore, the villa has a fiber optic connection with WiFi, Chrome TV and a safe.
The villa is fully equipped including an open kitchen with bar, a spacious living room followed by an L-shaped very spacious porch / veranda. This is completely fenced and equipped with ceiling fans.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, in addition, the 2 large bedrooms have ceiling fans.
