Beautiful new luxury Caribbean style villa with private pool just 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. From the partly covered terrace you can fully enjoy the panoramic view over the sea and golf course.
The villa is located on the well secured and beautifully maintained Blue Bay Golf and Beach Resort. The villa consists of 2 floors and is built on its own private property.
On the top floor there is an attractively furnished living room with open kitchen, a utility room, a guest toilet and a bedroom with bathroom.
The living room and the spacious terrace are connected through a large sliding door.
The terrace has an infinity swimming pool with a sofa and is equipped with an 8-person dining table, a lounge set, outdoor shower, sunbeds and a BBQ.
The infinity pool and lounge set create an ideal setting to enjoy a drink and the setting sun. At the rear of the villa is a sink where you can clean your diving and snorkeling gear after a visit to the beach.
On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms with patio doors to the outside. All bedrooms are decorated in their own style, have an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious wardrobes, air conditioning and a smart TV. The villa is fully equipped and luxurious. The kitchen is equipped with a modern cooking island/breakfast bar, American fridge, a wine climate cabinet, espresso machine, dishwasher, blender, toaster and the beds in the bedrooms are European box-spring beds. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and bath and beach towels.
Access to the Blue Bay beach with sunbeds is included with every stay. Private parking spaces and free WiFi are available.
The restaurants and the beach are a short walk away (+ - 50 meters walking distance). Supermarket reachable by car in 5 minutes.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Normal use of utilities (water and electricity) is included. An overuse of

however, electricity of more than 35 kWh per day receives a surcharge of 0.50 Euro per kWh. For a

excessive use of water of more than 0.70 m^3 per day is subject to a surcharge of 9 Euro per m^3.

Annul:

If the renter wants to cancel the booking for any reason, he must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant does not inform the landlord until the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
