This luxury new ground floor apartment is one of those close to the beach. From the terrace you are a few steps away from the large private swimming pool, which is only intended for the guests of The Shore. A few steps further you can walk onto the beach through a private entrance and enjoy all that Blue Bay Beach has to offer.

The space

The apartment is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a smart TV, wireless internet connection, centrally controlled air conditioning, and a safe.
The kitchen is complete with a hob, oven, microwave and fridge and of course all kitchen utensils such as a kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery are provided. The apartment has a washer and dryer and we also provide guests with bath and beach towels. Access to the beach is free and included with your stay. Both bedrooms have a full king size double bed, spacious wardrobes and air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. There is also a guest toilet.

Guest access

The apartment is located at the Blue Bay Beach and Golf Resort, which offers facilities such as; an 18-hole golf course, free use of the tennis court, restaurants, beach bar, private beach and diving school.
It has its own entrance for these luxury apartments and you can park your car for free in front of the apartment.
Great snorkeling from the beach and kayaks/boats and fishing trips are available. You have access to the entire resort as well as free use of the Blue Bay Beach, free use of the tennis court.

Interaction with guests

The restaurants and the beach are a short walk away (+ - 50 meters walking distance). Supermarkets reachable by car in 5 minutes.
10 minutes drive from the airport.

Other things to note

We provide all towels (including beach towels) bed linen, pillows, etc so no need to pack that with you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Normal use of utilities (water and electricity) is included. An overuse of

however, electricity of more than 35 kWh per day receives a surcharge of 0.50 Euro per kWh. For a

excessive use of water of more than 0.70 m^3 per day is subject to a surcharge of 9 Euro per m^3.

Annul:

If the renter wants to cancel the booking for any reason, he must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant does not inform the landlord until the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
