It is only 10 minutes by car from Hato Airport and the center of Willemstad. Within 5 minutes by car you will find a large European supermarket or you are on the beautiful beach of Blue Bay Resort, Kokomo Beach or Piscadera.
The apartment is located in a secure complex with a spacious swimming pool and is located on the first floor.
About the apartment
The beautiful new-build apartment was completed in 2020 and is fully equipped and stylishly furnished. Upon entering you will find a spacious living room with luxurious open kitchen including American fridge (with ice maker), combi oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker and kettle. The living area has a sitting and dining area with Samsung Smart TV and has a fan and air conditioning.
Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms, one spacious bedroom with a luxurious double box spring bed, air conditioning, fan, sufficient closet space and a view of the courtyard garden with swimming pool. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe space and a view of the Evertzberg. The second bedroom is suitable for young children. We have a baby cot available for the little ones.
Outdoor:
From the living room you enter through the patio doors onto the spacious balcony with beautiful views of the mountains and Blue Bay Resort. The balcony has a second dining area and an attractive seating area.
Bathroom:
The luxurious bathroom has a toilet, nice rain shower with a separate shower head and a washing machine & dryer.
Other facilities:
The whole apartment has an excellent WiFi connection and has 220V/50Hz sockets. In addition, there is a washing machine with dryer, there are cleaning materials such as a vacuum cleaner and mop and we ensure that you lack nothing in the kitchen. There are also plenty of cleaning products and there are various herbs in the kitchen.
Access:
At the secure resort of Blije Rust 2 you have daily access to the spacious swimming pool and you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the luxurious sunbeds. You can park in front of your apartment in a private parking space. Guest parking spaces are available for guests.
Other matters:
On request, we can take care of any extras for you such as placing a cot, recommendations for a babysitter or placing some toys.
Despite the fact that the apartment is delivered new and clean, it is located in the tropics. This means that it is very important not to leave any food unpacked outside the fridge and to change your garbage bag in time. Food attracts many pests.
Water and electricity is very expensive on Curaçao and we therefore ask you to use these facilities sustainably. The costs for water and electricity will therefore be settled separately after the stay with the deposit (€250) based on the actual consumption. We have energy-efficient and new equipment in our apartment, but a lot of use of, for example, the air conditioning can lead to higher energy consumption. The average costs for average consumption are about €40 per week.
