Welcome to our modern luxury holiday home at the Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort!
The detached holiday home is located in the tropical garden where butterflies and beautiful birds, such as the colibri, oriole and sugar thief, can be seen. The swimming pool is just around the corner and the beach is a 10 minute walk or a few minutes by car.
The house has 2 bedrooms for 2 persons. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds pushed together. Both bedrooms have access to a private bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The living room is equipped with a TV. The house has free WiFi, an open kitchen with oven/microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer combination, ceramic hob, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle and full equipment for 4 people. The property is detached and located in The Garden. This is a small-scale neighborhood (29 homes) with its own swimming pool. During your stay you have access to 4 beach passes with which you have free access to the beach of Blue bay including sunbeds. Use of sheets and towels is included (please bring your own beach towels).
The Garden is part of the Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort. This is a gated resort with 24/7 security. You can use the resort's tennis court (located 400 meters from the house) free of charge. Blue Bay Golf offers, for a fee, a professional 18-hole par 72 golf course with great views over the Caribbean Sea (entrance located 400 meters from the house). On the beach there is a PADI certified diving school where you can take a diving course or rent equipment for snorkeling / diving. There is also a restaurant and bar on the beach. In addition, there are 2 more restaurants at the resort. The supermarket is only 5 minutes away by car from Blue Bay. As soon as you arrive in Curaçao, our manager is the local point of contact for you if you have any questions or wishes. This way you can enjoy a fantastic holiday carefree!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
Water and electricity are expensive on Curacao. Power consumption is included in the price up to 15 kwh per day and water consumption up to 0.5 m3 per day. This is normally sufficient, especially for 2 people.
Additional consumption costs 0.87 ANG per kwh and 13 ANG per m3.
This scheme is intended to prevent unnecessary consumption in terms of costs and of course it is better for the environment to be aware of this.
Tip: to keep costs low, we advise you to be aware of the use of air conditioning. Do not turn on the air conditioning until 15 minutes before going to bed and around 26 degrees.
You can discuss a late check out with the manager in Curaçao. This is sometimes possible (depends on the planning of cleaning or other work and of course also depends on when the next tenant comes). The cost of a late check out is 100 ANG, to be paid to the manager in Curaçao. If you want to be sure of a late check out, you can book an extra day. Otherwise it is always subject to change.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
If the reservation is cancelled no later than 31 days before the start of the rental period, you will owe the deposit of 30%. In case of cancellation from 30 days before the rental period, you owe the full rent.
In the event of a general travel ban from the government, e.g. due to Corona, cancellation can be made free of charge.
