Welcome to Villa Kas ku Bista - a design villa on top of a hill in the renowned Blue Bay resort. Named for the panoramic views of the lush golf course at the 16th hole and reaching down to the Caribbean Sea, this luxury villa offers guests an unparalleled experience.
With a focus on modern aesthetics and open-plan design, the villa spans two floors and offers shaded alcoves for relaxation next to the inviting pool with sun loungers. The breathtaking panorama of the golf course invites guests to linger on the terrace or take a refreshing dip in the pool.
Inside the villa, the first floor welcomes guests with a spacious living room that is seamlessly integrated with an open-plan kitchen and a large porch to enjoy the outdoors.
On the ground floor, discover the master suite with a king-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped with every comfort.
This villa is about a 15-minute walk (1.3 km) from the beach. As a guest of Villa Kas ku Bista you have free access to the beach, including a beach chair.
Please note: Construction is taking place in the area, which can cause construction nuisance. We have no control over or involvement in this. We are therefore giving a 25% discount on the rental price until December 31, 2026. This has already been factored into the rent.
Our price includes free WiFi. An average utility consumption of €22.50 per night will be added to your nightly rate. To promote sustainability and avoid unnecessary extra costs, we kindly ask you to be mindful of water and electricity—especially when using the air conditioning.
