Blue Bay Apartment by the Sea

Forget your ''blues'' on Blue Bay! Our apartment The Hill#04 is available for rent at the Triple Tree Resort in the Pool Building. Blue Bay is a spacious, hilly, green and secured resort close to Willemstad, on the Otrabanda side. From the balcony you look out over a tropical landscape towards the sea. The large swimming pool, which belongs to the resort, is at your feet.

The white beach and the azure blue sea are within walking distance. Our apartment consists of a large living room with open kitchen and a hall with separate toilet. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet. The living room and bedroom have air conditioning. The living room has a large sliding door to the terrace, where a ceiling fan provides coolness. There is also a large mobile fan in the apartment. There is a 220 Volt electricity network, where normal Dutch plugs can be used. Of course there is a good WIFI connection.

The apartment is stylishly decorated in a tropical atmosphere with blue-green tones and woodwork. The living room and kitchen are separated from each other by a slatted wall. In the living room there is a lounge sofa facing the television and a lounge sofa facing the outdoors. The kitchen contains all the equipment and amenities required on a daily basis, such as an American refrigerator with water and ice cube dispenser and freezer compartment, electric hob, combination oven-microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. Pans, bowls, plates, cups, glassware and cutlery are available, as well as tea and towels in coordinated colors. We strive to ensure that some basic items are present in the kitchen, such as oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, various spices, hand soap and cleaning products. The tap water in Curaçao is drinkable. You can eat at the small bar in the kitchen or on the balcony. The kitchen is adjacent to the hall, which has a separate toilet room and a large sliding door cupboard with, among other things, the washing machine out of sight behind it. In the bedroom there is a workplace behind the king-size box spring bed, which is also separated by a slatted wall. The bathroom and walk-in closet are adjacent to the bedroom. Bath and beach towels are ready here.

We assume two guests or possibly a couple with a child. A camping bed and highchair are available on request. Pets are not allowed

There is ample parking at the apartment, out of sight. Supermarket Centrum is only a few minutes' drive away and contains a wide, affordable range of well-known Dutch products, such as bread, cheese, chocolate sprinkles and yoghurt, as well as typical Curaçao vegetables, fruit, herbs, fresh fish and drinks.

Furthermore, from Blue Bay you can easily reach the historic center of Willemstad, the beautiful beaches of Westpunt or the more tourist attractions Mango Beach or Jan Thiel. There are fantastic restaurants in the most beautiful places all over the island.

Blue Bay itself has everything to offer for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Sunbathe on a lounger on the beach under a palm tree or palapa. Get a drink at the bar or order it from your lounger. Cool off in the Caribbean Sea or snorkel for a while in the clear water. With the QR code, which is shared in advance, our guests have free access to the beach and use of the sunbeds every day of their stay.

There are several restaurants on the beach, but also elsewhere on the resort, including Brass Boer Curaçao by Jonnie and Therese Boer, a unique place to enjoy the tastiest food! Every Friday at the end of the afternoon there is Happy Hour at the Beach Bar and there is also regular live music on the beach in the evening, including sometimes a fun disco for the kids. Blue Bay is also ideal for more action, such as (learning to) dive at the diving school on the beach or a round of golf on the 18-hole golf course. It is also possible to be pampered with a relaxing massage or caring manicure in the small salon on the beach.

From the early morning, waking up to the singing of tropical birds, to the evening with a different, enchanting sunset, Blue Bay is the place to be for us! We hope that you will experience this too!

Upon arrival, our host Joëlla can ensure that you get to the apartment from the airport. One of them will hand over the keys there. The meter readings are recorded and agreements and details are discussed. They can be contacted during the stay if there is anything wrong and for longer stays they will provide extra cleaning. It is also possible to rent a car through her. Upon departure, she will do the check out by appointment.
