You are very welcome in our brand new (2023) luxury, extra large villa (695m2) with infinity pool and a view of Spanish Water. Optimal luxury, privacy and comfort for an ideal holiday. The villa is located on the wind in a quiet part of Vista Royal, Jan Thiel . Here you do not hear the neighbors talking as if they were sitting on your terrace. This Hollywood villa has been designed to provide you with the ultimate Caribbean vacation experience, complete with all the luxury amenities.

The villa offers over 695 square meters of living space , making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. For optimal comfort and privacy, there are 2 bedrooms per floor. In total, the villa offers 6 spacious bedrooms with hotel beds, air conditioning, smart TV and spacious wardrobe . Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom , which is decorated in a different color for each floor. The bedrooms on the upper floor also have a luxurious walk-in closet and the master bedroom offers a beautiful view of the Spanish Water . The bedrooms on the lower floor have access to a private terrace in the backyard. The entire villa is equipped with windows and doors with shutters so that you can always choose whether or not there is a fresh wind. High interior doors etc for those extra details that give you the super luxurious feeling for a sublime holiday.

On the middle floor you will find two very modern open living and dining areas , ideal for enjoying with the whole family. Dining table for 12 people, large smart TV and a huge kitchen with all the comfort you could wish for. 2 large American fridges, 2 oven/microwaves, milk frother, rice cooker etc. Even when you are cooking, you can enjoy different views, outdoor spaces and the lounge area, so you can still stay in touch with your guests.

Outside you will find a large luxurious outdoor area, infinity pool, large terraces, different views of Spanish Water. Everything is designed to allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful Caribbean climate. Take a nice outdoor shower, a dip in the large swimming pool , relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers or enjoy a delicious meal in the outdoor dining area. It's the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor living so you can relax and soak up the sun in style.

The washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are of course not missing on the ground floor. This way your clothes always stay fresh and clean without hassle or stress.

Our villa is located a stone's throw from the water sports mecca Het Spanjer Water, a beautiful, protected lagoon with an exit to the Caribbean Sea. Diving and snorkeling enthusiasts can indulge themselves. In 4 minutes by car you are at the Van Tweel supermarket, the trendy Jan Thiel beach, shops, casino, bars or the fitness club. With several beach clubs to choose from, you can soak up the warm sun, sip a tropical drink and feel the soft sand between your toes. If you're looking for a bite to eat, you don't have to look far as there are some of Curacao's best restaurants here, offering everything from fresh seafood to international cuisine.
You are never far from the action, but our peaceful villa offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life on Curacao.

The villa will be ready for a fantastic stay from June 2023 and is very suitable for families and friends. The villa is not suitable for groups of young people, parties and loud music are not allowed (like nowhere on Vista Royal).
