You are very welcome in our brand new (2023) luxurious, extra large villa (695m2) with infinity pool and view of Spanish Water. Optimal luxury, privacy and comfort for an ideal holiday. The villa is located full of wind in the quiet part of Vista Royal, Jan Thiel . Here you don't hear the neighbors talking as if they were sitting on your terrace. This Hollywood villa is designed to give you the ultimate Caribbean vacation experience, complete with all the luxurious amenities.

The villa offers over 695 square meters of living space , making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. For optimal comfort and privacy, there are 2 bedrooms per floor. In total, the villa offers 6 spacious bedrooms with hotel beds, air conditioning, smart TV and spacious wardrobe . Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom , which is decorated in a different color per floor. The bedrooms on the top floor also have a luxurious walk-in closet and the master bedroom offers a beautiful view of the Spanish Water . The bedrooms on the ground floor have access to a private terrace in the backyard. The entire villa has windows and doors with shutters everywhere so that you can always choose whether or not to have fresh air. High interior doors, etc. for those extra details that give you the super luxurious feeling for a sublime holiday.

On the middle floor you will find two very modern open living and dining areas , ideal for enjoying with the whole family. Dining table for 12 people, large smart TV and a gigantic kitchen with all the comfort one could wish for. 2 large American refrigerators, 2 oven/microwaves, milk frother, rice cooker, etc. Even when you are cooking, you can enjoy different views, outdoor spaces and the lounge area, so you can still stay in touch with your guests.

Outside, a large luxurious outdoor area, infinity pool, large terraces and various views of Spanish Water await you. Everything is designed to allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful Caribbean climate. Take a nice outdoor shower, take a dip in the large swimming pool , relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers or enjoy a delicious meal in the outdoor dining area. It's the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor living, so you can relax and enjoy the sun in style.

The washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are of course not missing on the ground floor. This way your clothes always stay fresh and clean without hassle or stress.

Our villa is located a stone's throw from the water sports mecca Het Spaans Water, a beautiful, protected lagoon with an exit to the Caribbean Sea. Diving and snorkeling enthusiasts can indulge themselves. In 4 minutes you can reach the Van Tweel supermarket, the trendy Jan Thiel beach, shops, casino, bars or the fitness club. With several beach clubs to choose from, you can enjoy the warm sun, sip a tropical drink and feel the soft sand between your toes. If you want a bite to eat, you don't have to look far as there are some of Curacao's best restaurants here offering everything from fresh seafood to international cuisine.
You are never far from the action, but our peaceful villa offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life on Curacao.

It is also possible to rent a Chevrolet Captiva Premier 7-seater at a favorable rate when you rent the villa. Please contact the landlord for this.

The villa will be ready for a fantastic stay from June 2023 and is very suitable for families and friends. The villa is not suitable for groups of young people, parties and loud music are not allowed (unlike anywhere else on Vista Royal).

Rental is based on 2 persons per bedroom. If you want a bedroom per 1 person, you must indicate double the number of guests.

Prices include water consumption and normal electricity consumption:
- 80 Kwh electricity consumption per day. € 0.70 is charged for each additional Kwh
