The villa offers four spacious, stylishly designed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom that rivals the level of a luxury boutique hotel. The master suite is a true retreat, with a spa-like bathroom featuring a freestanding bathtub, a generous walk-in shower, and carefully selected high-quality materials. All bedrooms have TV, air conditioning, spacious wardrobes with plenty of clothes hangers (1 bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet)  and shutters with mosquito nets. This way you can sleep in a room that you can make as light or dark as you want. Due to the screens in bathroom and bedrooms, no mosquitoes, flies, etc. enter when you open the shutters. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and Rituals shampoo & shower gel.

The living room exudes unparalleled allure, thanks in part to the imposing floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, which create a seamless transition to the opulent outdoor terrace. There is an extra large (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) tv with netflix and tv channels whatever you want Dutch/German/USA/sports etc

The spacious chef's kitchen is a feast for the eyes and functional, equipped with a central cooking and rinsing island with bar area, built-in high-end kitchen appliances and a sleek, modern finish. The kitchen is fully equipped such as induction hob with Bora integrated extractor hood, 2 combi microwave ovens, dishwasher, fridge / freezer with ice maker with delicious ice-cold water, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, mixer, etc. You will lack nothing in this kitchen.

There are also 3 ceiling-high shutter doors  in the living room/kitchen, so that the wind can blow through. But for extra hot periods, there is also a large air conditioner.
A separate laundry room and an elegant guest toilet complete the interior.

The exterior is a true paradise, with a truly spacious swimming pool (8.70 x 5) surrounded by sunbeds, two luxurious palapa lounges, an attractive sitting pit with lounge sofas and a beautifully landscaped garden. You can find a place in the sun or in the shade all day long, just what you prefer. You have the option to eat outside in the porche or work at the luxurious large table or at the large table in the palapa behind the pool.

The plot is fully enclosed by a stylish fence and equipped with an electric entrance gate with parking for several vehicles. Both the house and the garden are secured by an alarm system connected to a control room which can also be activated in case of medical emergencies. For your safety and peace of mind, the villa features an advanced alarm system with CCTV. 

In the villa there are plenty of luxury towels and extra large beach towels as well as a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and gas barbecue, which you can use.

Of course, a lot of attention is paid to hygiene in the villa. The villa is located within walking distance of Jan Thiel beach with its famous nightlife, restaurants, shops and beach bars. Mambo beach and Willemstad can be reached within 15 minutes, Hato airport within 20 minutes. With its 65 pristine dive sites, 35 (remote) beaches, many entertainment venues and the rich local cuisine, Curacao offers something for everyone and an unforgettable experience. It is not for nothing that many tourists keep coming back. After all, Curacao has everything and especially sun all year round!
