The spacious villa of 270m² has a total of 7 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 4 bathrooms. The villa is fully fenced and there is an automatic entrance gate with an alarm system. On the private parking lot there is enough space to park 6-8 cars.

The building is divided into two apartments on the ground floor (La Hasta and La Vista) and a spacious penthouse on the first floor (La Royal). Each house has its own entrance and privacy, but are also connected by a communal tropical garden, a beautiful courtyard and a large communal swimming pool with large cool palapas and a pool deck.

This beautiful villa is for rent and ideal as a 'Secret hide-away' for groups with several families, weddings, company outings or other groups to stay and offers a total space for 14 people. However, it can also act as a mini resort and can be rented per apartment.

Jan Thiel Beach is one of the most famous and cozy beaches in Curaçao. You will find clear blue water, comfortable sunbeds, restaurants, beach clubs and shops. During the day it is great for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing, while at the end of the day you can enjoy a beautiful sunset, a cocktail or a cozy dinner. A nice place for families as well as couples and groups of friends.

Klein Curaçao is an uninhabited tropical island off the coast of Curaçao and definitely recommended for a day trip. Think snow-white sand, crystal clear turquoise water and plenty of opportunities for swimming and snorkeling. With a bit of luck, you can spot sea turtles. Also visit the characteristic pink lighthouse and the shipwrecks on the island. The boat trip to it completes the adventure.

Landhuis Brakkeput Mei Mei restaurant is an attractive historic country house near Jan Thiel. On the tropical terrace you can eat outside, including meat, chicken and fresh fish from the charcoal grill. Behind the mansion you will find an 18-hole miniature golf course and a playground, making it fun for families as well. A cozy place to combine a night out and a piece of Curaçao atmosphere.
You don't have to drive far for good food either. In the vicinity of Hasta La Vista Royal you will find plenty of nice restaurants. Enjoy fresh fish at Villa Vis or the Visboer, taste the local atmosphere on the water at Brisa do Mar or dine in the atmospheric Landhuis Brakkeput Mei Mei. For an evening at the beach, Zanzibar, Zest and Koko's at Jan Thiel Beach are wonderful places for lunch, dinner or a cocktail with your feet in the sand.
