The villa consists of two spacious ground floor apartments, while the penthouse is located on the first floor. The villa is completely fenced and equipped with an automatic entrance gate and an alarm system. The private parking lot offers space for 6-8 cars, and each home has its own entrance for optimal privacy.
The penthouse is fully equipped, including a spacious living room with a contemporary and fresh interior, a comfortable seating area and a large flat-screen TV with access to all major Dutch channels, including Netflix. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with a cooking island and a bar/dining area, an American refrigerator with ice maker, convection oven, microwave, steam oven, built-in espresso machine, juicer, blender, sandwich maker, toaster and a Nespresso machine.

Upon arrival, your beds will be made with fresh linen and towels and beach towels will be ready for you. We strive to work as environmentally friendly as possible, as wasting energy does not suit the beautiful island of Curaçao. Therefore the rental price does not include electricity. Electricity consumption will be deducted from your deposit, and we will take the meter readings with you at check-in.
