Just 200 meters from the lively Jan Thiel Beach, this recently built apartment (2024) is located on the ground floor. Located in the popular Vista Royal neighborhood, it offers a relaxing and comfortable stay, ideal for couples who want to discover Curaçao at their own pace.
The apartment is part of a larger villa, but features its own private entrance and a smart, attractive layout. Inside you will find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and an open kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker. The space feels fresh, practical and pleasant—perfect for both short and longer stays.
The bedroom is furnished for a relaxing night's sleep and features a double bed, air conditioning and a TV. From the bedroom you have direct access to the modern ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, which provides extra comfort.
Outside, you enter a charming front terrace, located just a few steps from the shared swimming pool. Here you can relax on the lounge sofa under a shade cloth or enjoy a meal at the cozy dining table under a small palapa, an inviting place to start or end your day. The pool is shared with only one other apartment, which ensures a quiet and intimate atmosphere. Guests of the villa above have their own, separate swimming pool.
The apartment is rented independently of the villa, allowing all guests to enjoy plenty of privacy. Parking is available on site and is shared with other residents. In addition, the apartment is fully equipped with wifi, bed linen, towels and beach towels for your convenience.
With the beach, beach clubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance, including popular locations such as Zanzibar Beach Club, this apartment is the ideal base for a relaxing Caribbean holiday.
Practical information:
Our nightly rate includes accommodation and wifi. In addition, a fixed surcharge per night is charged for water and electricity consumption. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask guests to be aware of this.
There is a one-time cleaning fee per stay. This includes professional pre-arrival cleaning and standard final cleaning. If there is excessive pollution, additional costs may be charged. Interim cleaning is available on request at an additional cost and includes fresh linen and towels.
