From your balcony you look out over the tropical garden with its inviting swimming pool and panoramic view over the Spanish Water. The setting sun colors the sky in warm tones and creates an enchanting atmosphere that stimulates your senses.

Immerse yourself in the vibrant surroundings, where some of Curacao's most popular beaches and restaurants beckon nearby. Right next door you will find a charming restaurant, while others are within walking distance and offer a range of culinary delights. The famous Jan Thiel Beach is just a 4-minute drive away, or choose to take a lovely 5-minute walk to the idyllic Caracasbaai Beach.

We are Anna, Jonas, Jasmijn, Lauren and Joris. Since 2022 we live on beautiful Curaçao.
Since we live on Curaçao we regularly receive visits from hummingbird birds. These birds are very nice and small and you regularly see hanging near flowers where they find nectar. Hummingbird is called “Pikaflor” in Papiamentu. Our daughter Jasmijn is often looking for the hummingbirds and thinks they are fantastic. Our penthouse is therefore called Jasmins Pikaflor!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 12 weeks before your stay. After that, refunds are no longer possible.
A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival.
Extra costs: Water and electricity are expensive on Curaçao and are calculated afterwards and must be paid separately / will be deducted from the deposit. Electricity 0.50 eur/KwH Water 7.5 euro/M3
Electricity and water are not included in the rent, these will be deducted from the deposit according to consumption. With 'normal' use 100-150 euros per week
