Arrangement:
A spacious living room with TV, two 2 person bedrooms. 1 separate bathroom and 1 ensuite bathroom. A lovely spacious covered porch. Private garden with barbecue. The beautiful swimming pool is right next door. Our house has a separate fully equipped kitchen with large American fridge, combi oven-microwave, Senseo machine. There is a good wifi connection in the house. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms.

The bungalow is suitable for 4 people. It is possible if you have a child to reserve a folding bed. This is free of charge.

Washing machine, bed linen, towels are provided.

We have finally been able to expand our dream and that is our own bungalow on the beautiful island of Curaçao. We now have a bungalow with the idea of eventually living in it when we retire.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs:
- Final cleaning costs 80 euros
- Deposit water/electricity 125 euros per week. Readings are recorded in advance and afterwards and settled with the deposit.
Including:
- Fiber optic internet

Cancellation policy
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Beaches:
For most beaches, you have to be there early. Nowadays it gets busy quickly on the popular beaches.
-Playa Porto Mari: beautiful beach with restaurant. Access and beach beds for a fee, but definitely worth it.
-Kokomo beach: the beach with the famous swing in the water for the Instagram photos. Restaurant available: Beach beds for a fee.
-Mambo beach: modern beach with lots of lounge clubs and bars. Enclosed swimming area. Beach beds and access for a fee. Despite the fact that it is "full", it is wonderful to lie down and you can stay for a long time and have a bite to eat there in the evening. Very large free car park.
-Playa Kalki: small beach, beds for a fee. Nice snorkeling.
-Blue Bay Beach: beautiful beach in a beautiful bay. Report to the gate of the resort. Nice restaurant, a bit pricey. Beach beds and access for a fee.
-Playa Lagun: very nice beach in a sheltered bay. If you're lucky, you'll see turtles snorkeling.
-Cas Abao: is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Curaçao
-Daaibooi Beach: Free beach, sunbeds for rent. Food and beverage kiosk.
