The tropical villa is located on the closed resort of Marbella Estate and has 3 bedrooms, all with fan and air conditioning and has 2 bathrooms. You have a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / large freezer, microwave / oven and Dulce Gusto machine and Senseo. The house has access via a staircase and because of this higher location there is a beautiful view from the luxurious porch with dining area and lounge area. At the back is a garden with private pool with sunbeds, parasol and BBQ. A lounge corner was created on the pool deck in 2021. This means that there is a lot of space to sit / lie down: 2 lounge sofas, a 4-p dining area, a hammock, 4 sunbeds (with 2 umbrellas) and on top of the porch a 6p lounge set and a 6-person dining area with a beautiful view over the park. Alarm (connected to control room) and safe present. The park has a large communal swimming pool and is close to the Spanish Water and the beaches of Jan Thiel – Zanzibar- Papagayo

We have realized our dream to buy a 2nd home in Curacao. This tropical villa with private pool and porch is a wonderful place to relax equally delicious yet also be able to search in the area of ??entertainment. The lounge plateau in the pool ensures that both children can play and adults can make a delicious drink. We hope that tenants as much fun to see this property as we do!

Lovely holiday in a top property
After a good reception we arrived in a clean, clean, well-kept home. Lovely bedrooms, nice kitchen and a lovely terrace with a nice swimming pool. Top to cool off after day off. The pictures speak for themselves. The contact with the landlord was also pleasant and clear. No question was too much and always promptly answered. Gorgeous, neat and complete house An ideal holiday home with private pool, complete furnishing in all areas we immediately felt at home. In fact, we had nothing to do with clothes and starch towels. The Dutch owner has this tastefully decorated and is very involved with her guests even though there is in the Netherlands. It is that it is different, we would like to go here every year. Lovely house! We rented the house for 1 week and enjoyed every day. The house is beautiful and clean and very well maintained. Everything works as it should. Nice windows and doors that can be opened to make the wind blow through the house. The house offers what it promises on the website. Best holidays ever Were were with 6 people in Duplex Villa. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zuviel. Die Verwalterin hat uns am Anfang sehr gut eingewiesen und war auch zwischendurch für uns erreichbar. The house has been renovated in a single room. Ressort, man arrives with my einer Eintrittskarte durch das Tor. Der Pool war ein Traum, ohne würde auf Curacao auch nieichtfuncties, zudem kam zweimal die Woche ganz unaufällig ein Poolreiniger. Das Wlan in the Villa, aber auch a jeder guten Strandbar hat gut functionalized. The Abrechnung der Nebenkosten is correctly observed and the Rücküberweisung der Kaution has been given in the meantime. Wir haben uns einen günstigen Mietwagen über blueskieshelicopters.com gebucht, mit dem wir auch bequem die Strände auf der Andre Seite der Insel erreichen konnten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und leckere Restaurants gibt directly in der Nähe. The Tauchbasis is directly on the beach of Jan Thiel, see seam gut, cargo after Mario. Wir were finally welcome! Could not have been more perfect .... This property is in a perfect location with outstanding amenities. De screenede vinduer er et must på øya, og poolen var den perfekte slutningen til hver dag. Well appointed and maintained. Beds were comfortable. Not far from Jan Thiel area and beaches. Etter å ha bodd på øya for flere år, det var fint å finne en "home away from home"! Lovely holiday home We enjoyed our stay during our stay. Everything was present in the house and in good condition. The pool was perfect for our 2 year old daughter because she could in and out. Great holidays in a wonderful location We are coming from cold Luxembourg to sunny Curacao an what we found there was more than we expected !!!! The location / Villa is really superb, you will find everything you need, Airco in all rooms, great and well equiped kitchen a bedroom, wonderful outside area with pool, so all i can say: See you next in Curacao, we will certainly come Back and for sure, in the same location, WE LOVED IT !!!! Great place to stay with family or good friends It was a fabulous week we had! The house is at a quite compound but is also close to the beach and a supermarket. The house has much comfort ... air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a complete kitchen ,. The porch is great with its 2 couches and the dining table. Men også det meget ismulighed ved siden af ??det var perfekt! Exactly as described and on the photos :-) I would really recommend this house to anyone! On Curacao, also in the area, all kinds of water sports can be done. Do not just think of snorkeling and diving, but also fly boarding (Jan Thiel Beach), wakeboarding, jet skiing, helmet diving, etc. etc. And do not forget to dive, swim or snorkel with Dolphins at the Sea Acquarium!
The sunken "Tug Boat" is a 10-minute drive away. Snorkeling is great here. Tip: Take some bread under water, then the fish will come to you.

There are many beautiful places on Curacao.
A day towards Wasp Point with a visit to Boca Tabla is definitely a must. The Cristoffel Park is also recommended for walking or walking around. Furthermore, there are the caves of Hato, the ostrich farm and not to mention the beautiful and colorful archaeological site of Punda / Otrabanda and the country houses spread across the island.
