Spacious 2-bedroom apartment on the popular resort of Seru Coral, with large swimming pool, tropical garden and a wonderful location on the wind.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the secure holiday park Seru Coral. The resort consists of studios, apartments and bungalows and is known for its large swimming pool and beautifully landscaped, mature tropical garden.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and fully equipped for a carefree stay on Curaçao.
The space
The spacious living room features air conditioning, a comfortable corner sofa, a dining area and a Samsung Smart TV. Thanks to the high ceilings, the large side window and the harmonica window over the full width of the living room, the space feels wonderfully spacious. By fully opening the harmonica window, a fine connection is created between inside and outside.
The apartment is conveniently located on the wind and has unlimited wifi.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, combination microwave, coffee maker, kettle, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms are equipped with hot water.
There are two spacious bedrooms, both with silent air conditioning and a private bathroom. The first bedroom has three single beds, two of which can be joined to form a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds that can also be set up as a double bed.
For a sixth guest, a folding bed can be placed if desired. A cot is also available. The bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors. A hair dryer is available.
The bathrooms have a shower with thermostatic tap, toilet and washbasin.
Furthermore, the apartment has a fully automatic washing machine, a drying rack and plenty of towels, bed linen and kitchen linen.

The apartment is managed by experienced local property managers. They take care of the key collection and are available during the stay for any questions.
Guests have access to the resort's large swimming pool and tropical garden.

Deposit and energy and water consumption
When staying, we ask for a deposit that depends on the duration of your stay:
1 week: €100 deposit
2 weeks: €200 deposit
3 weeks: €300 deposit
Due to the relatively high costs for water and energy on the island, the deposit is also used as an advance on consumption during your stay.
The deposit must be paid in cash on arrival.
At the end of the stay, the actual water and energy consumption will be calculated and deducted from the deposit. Any remaining amount will be refunded to you.
We kindly ask our guests to use water and energy consciously and sparingly. This way we keep the stay pleasant and fair for everyone.
