The space
Kasita Blanku is big enough for 2 adults and a baby.

Kasita Blanku is a charming and comfortable apartment, perfectly located near the beautiful Jan Tiel salt pans. Upon entering, you will be welcomed into the cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals.

This apartment features a swimming pool right at the entrance, which is shared with the villa and another apartment on the property. Around the pool, guests can relax on the sunbeds, soak in the hammock and rocking chairs, or use the BBQ for a cozy outdoor meal.

The bedroom is located in a separate room at the back and offers the choice between a double bed or two single beds; Don't forget to let us know your preference when booking. There is also plenty of space for a baby cot, ideal for families. The modern bathroom includes a direct heating shower and a toilet, easily accessible from the living room.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
- cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of chargecancellation
- between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price cancellation
between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price cancellation
- less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
