This luxury villa is new and will be completed in 2024. We are still putting the finishing touches on it, but it will be ready at the end of March. The villa is located on the gated resort of Santa Catharina. the villa is particularly beautiful and fully furnished. An open, spacious kitchen with an electric hob, refrigerator, combination microwave, dishwasher and an air fryer.
There is plenty of cooking utensils available. The double bedroom each has its own toilet and shower. There is also a washing machine. There is a fantastic lounge sofa in the living room. from the living room you have a breathtaking view of the Koraal Tabak nature reserve. In clear weather you can see Bonaire.
You will be amazed by the space that the Porsche offers you. On the porch there is a large monastery table with 6 chairs. There is also a lounge set and 4 sun loungers on the porch. There is also outdoor lighting so you can stay outside for a long time in the evening.
