Casa di Magna Apartments is located in a quiet residential area in our 'dushi' Willemstad. Due to its location in relation to various popular recreational activities, the complex is very centrally located. The complex consists of three apartments. Each apartment has a balcony/terrace, free Wi-Fi and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The apartments feature a living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge and a stovetop. They have a private bathroom with a shower. Bed linen is provided. Free private parking is available within the fence.

This apartment is located on the first floor and it has a balcony on the front façade with views of Table Mountain. The apartment is nicely and modernly furnished and is larger than most in Willemstad. It has a bar table in the kitchen that is suitable for breakfast or dinner, as well as for socializing.

The accommodation is at a distance of 15 minutes drive from: Table Mountain where you can go for sunrise or sunset walks, the Ostrich Farm where you can have fun with the whole family, Mambo Beach one of the most popular beaches on the island, Jan Thiel Beach and the Caracas Bay where you can go for a wonderful holiday feeling, the Seaquarium Beach and the center of Willemstad (Punda & Otrabanda) where you will find the floating Emma bridge and the floating market.

The landlord is the owner of the apartment complex. The complex used to be a family home. It was once built for a woman named Magna (and her children) after whom the complex is also named. The house has recently been converted into spacious and modern apartments.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rates are for four people. For each additional person, 10 euros per person per night will be charged.

The prices do not include 7% tourist tax.

The prices do not include electricity consumption. You will receive an amount of credit for electricity. With full occupancy and the use of the air conditioners only in the evening, this amount will last about 4 days. If it runs out, you will have to refill it yourself. Refilling is done on site.

You do not pay any extra costs for intermediate cleaning and final cleaning. Intermediate cleaning is from a stay of 7 days.

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. The guest pays 50% of the total price if he/she cancels within 4 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, he/she will pay the total price of the reservation.
