Casa di Magna Apartments is located in a quiet residential area in our 'dushi' Willemstad. Due to its location in relation to various popular recreational activities, it is very centrally located. The apartments feature a living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge and a stovetop. They have a private bathroom with a shower. Bed linen is provided. They have a balcony/terrace, free Wi-Fi and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Free private parking is available within the fence.

This apartment is the smallest of the entire complex. It is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment, compared to the other two, does not have a laundry mashine.

The accommodation is at a distance of 15 minutes drive from: Table Mountain where you can go for sunrise or sunset walks, the Ostrich Farm where you can have fun with the whole family, Mambo Beach one of the most popular beaches on the island, Jan Thiel Beach and the Caracas Bay where you can go for a wonderful holiday feeling, the Seaquarium Beach and the center of Willemstad (Punda & Otrabanda) where you will find the floating Emma bridge and the floating market.

'Bon Bini' at Casa di Magna

The landlord is the owner of the apartment complex. The complex used to be a family home. It was once built for a woman named Magna (and her children), after whom the complex is named. We have recently renovated our house into spacious and modern apartments. We rent out the units with great pleasure to share the happiness we have experienced in this house with others.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rates are for two people. For each additional person, 10 euros per person per night will be charged.

The prices do not include 7% tourist tax.

The prices do not include electricity consumption. You will be credited with electricity. With full occupancy and the use of the air conditioners only in the evening, this amount will last about 4 days. If it runs out, you will have to refill it yourself. In the apartment there is an information folder with instructions on how to refill.

You do not pay extra costs for interim cleaning and final cleaning. Interim cleaning is from a stay of 7 nights.

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. The guest pays 50% of the total price if he/she cancels within 4 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, he/she will pay the total price of the reservation.
