Casa di Bakker is very centrally located, with a 10-minute drive you are at Mambo Beach or at Jan Thiel Beach, Willemstad is within 15 minutes. You can ideally start the route to all the beautiful beaches from the house. Our beautiful home has been completely renovated and fully equipped. The beautifully landscaped garden with PRIVATE POOL including sunbeds and beautiful palms will make your stay complete.
The Recompensa Park is a beautifully maintained, secured and closed park by means of a gate with an electronic opener.
The Park is child-friendly and also has a large communal swimming pool with a cozy bar where food and drinks can be ordered from Wednesday to Sunday. The playground and tennis court are located next to the swimming pool, less than 50 meters from Casa di Bakker.

Hi, I'm Natasja and together with my husband Rico and our children we have been enjoying the beautiful island of Curacao for many years. December 21, 2022 we bought Casa di Bakker and immediately started the renovation. We wish you a warm welcome and enjoy our beautiful holiday home under the swaying palm trees just as we do.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

Also a stone's throw away is the communal swimming pool of Recompensa park which can also be used. there is also a tennis court and playgrounds for the smaller guests. enjoy all the freedom in the park and don't forget to order Sandy's special on Thursday evening! she is the owner of the bar by the pool.
