You will stay in a fully renovated and attractively furnished bungalow. Located on the charming and small-scale resort Puru at Jan Thiel, consisting of only eight bungalows with a beautiful shared pool.

Entry & living space

The modern living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and is equipped with a ceiling fan, air conditioning and a comfortable sitting area with a three-seater sofa and separate armchair. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven and all the necessities for self-cooking.

Thanks to the available smart TV, you can easily log in to your own Netflix or streaming account and enjoy free WiFi throughout the site.

Outdoors

At the front of the bungalow you will find a cozy covered terrace with wooden dining table and chairs for four people. Here you can sit in the cooling breeze, listen to the birds and occasionally spot colorful butterflies. A place to really unwind.

Sleeping comfort & bathroom

The bungalow has two comfortable bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

• The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size box spring (180x200cm)

• The second bedroom has two separate box springs (90x200cm), which you can combine if desired

Both rooms are air-conditioned for a pleasant night's sleep. The modern shared bathroom has a rain shower with thermostat and is connected to a boiler, ideal for a nice start or end to your day.

Facilities at the resort

The resort is small-scale, quiet and safe. You can use the shared swimming pool with sunbeds, outdoor shower and an attractive barbecue area with seating. Perfect for cozy evenings in the open air.

There is plenty of free parking, with a private space in front of the door. The entrance gate is electrically operated for extra privacy and security.

Extra service

Are you traveling with a baby or toddler? We can help with renting a cot, toys or other necessities.

We (or our host on site) can also support you in renting a car. For a small contribution, we can arrange a first shopping package if desired, so that you arrive relaxed.

Our host is available for questions or assistance from the time of booking through departure.

Energy & Water Consumption

Part of the energy and water consumption is included in the rental price for your convenience.

At Casita Apapacho we want to combine comfort with conscious use of energy. That's why 15 kWh of electricity per night is included in your stay. This is more than enough for normal use, such as running the air conditioning in the evenings, charging appliances, cooking and lighting.

What if you consume more?

Don't worry: if you do use more, we will only charge the extra consumption at the cost of €0.45 per kWh. We take the meter readings together at check-in and check-out so that everything is transparent. You can also take a picture of it yourself, so everything remains transparent and clear.

In this way, we keep the nightly price attractive, encourage conscious use and can continue to offer our fine service without compromising on quality.

Enumeration

What's included:

• 15 kWh of electricity per night

• 0.5 m³ of water per night

Additional consumption:

•Electricity above 15 kWh per night: 

€0.45 per kWh

•Water consumption above 0.5 m³ per night: 

€10 per m³

Please note that the basic price is for 2 people.

For a 3rd and/or 4th guest we charge a surcharge of €15 per person per night.

This is to compensate for extra power and water consumption, extra wear and tear, etc. Thank you for your understanding!

Cleaning

The final cleaning is mandatory and costs €80. For longer stays, we also charge an interim cleaning, including linen:

• Stay up to 9 nights: final cleaning only

• Stay of 10–14 nights: + €70 (1x intermediate cleaning)

• Stay of 15–20 nights: + €120 (2x intermediate cleaning)

• Stay of 21 nights or longer: + €180 (3x intermediate cleaning)

All cleaning costs will of course be communicated to you in advance.

Security

A security deposit of €300 applies for each stay. This will include the interim cleaning and any additional costs incurred for electricity or water (or settled on the spot). Or if something is broken or missing, it will also be deducted from this amount or we will send you a payment request if it would be higher than the €300 deposit.
