This brand new, 4-person holiday home is located on the new, centrally located private resort of Vredenberg Village. The house consists of 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet and is luxurious, modern and yet homely furnished. The large communal swimming pool is adjacent to the house, but the beautiful tropical plants provide sufficient privacy.
The format:
Through the spacious, covered terrace you enter the house through the sliding doors. What immediately stands out is the height and the warm atmosphere that the interior exudes, an atmosphere in which you will immediately feel at home. Here is the kitchen that is fully equipped, including a kitchen island with bar stools. To watch your favorite series on the Smart TV, you can choose between a comfortable sofa or a beautiful armchair.
From the living room you can enter the loft with workplace or the hall with access to the master bedroom with bathroom en suite, a second bedroom, a guest toilet, a bathroom and a laundry room.
The master bedroom, which feels like a wonderful hotel room, is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a wardrobe with ample storage space. This room has a private bathroom with a double sink, a spacious walk-in shower and a toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds arranged as a queen-size bed. If desired, these can also be set up as two separate beds. There is also sufficient storage space in this room. Across the hall is the associated bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and sink and a separate toilet.
The laundry room has a washing machine and accessories, such as a drying rack, ironing equipment, etc.
It is of course wonderful to sit outside in Curaçao in a cooling breeze. This is possible on the covered terrace, both at the large 6-8 person dining table and on the lounge set.
The resort
Vredenberg Village is a new, secured and small-scale private resort. There is a large communal swimming pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip and relax on one of the sunbeds. The garden of the resort is fully decorated with tropical plants. The location is very central and ideal: No traffic jams, close to popular beaches (Mambo Beach, Cabana Beach and Mood Beach), various beach clubs, bars, restaurants and shops. With only a 5 minute drive you are at Mambo beach or in Willemstad!
Extras:- A nice extra is that the house can also be expanded for several people. Adjacent is another holiday home with exactly the same layout. Ideal if you come with several families or friends but still want to enjoy your own privacy! Ask for the possibilities.
