This luxurious, new-build apartment on the ground floor offers everything for a carefree stay in a secure resort, including a lovely private jacuzzi on your own terrace to relax in.
The space
Start the day quietly with a fresh Nespresso with a view of the atmospheric mural of a tropical beach with exotic birds. The living room catches a wonderfully cooling breeze and gives access to your own private terrace with jacuzzi, where an outdoor table with chairs is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
The apartment is completely barrier-free (very suitable for a walker) and furnished for 6 guests: Master bedroom: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer and a washing machine with drying function). Bedroom 2: Two spacious single beds. Living room: Two fold-out beds with a privacy screen. Extra: Shared second bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer) and one safe.
Furthermore, the house is equipped with 3 air conditioners, ceiling fans, built-in mosquito nets, fast fiber optic internet with movie and TV channels and 3 TVs. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire apartment and the private terrace with jacuzzi. You can park your car directly in front of the entrance of the apartment.

Electricity: 20 kWh per day included. Additional consumption is settled afterwards via the meter reading.

Respect the neighbors – no noise or parties, silence after 11:00 pm.
