This new, beautiful and luxurious Villa 'Monrel' is located in the beautiful, fully enclosed and secure resort 'Elisabeth Villas & Apartments' at minutes walking distance from the popular Mambo Beach and the Sea Aquarium. In addition to restaurants and shops, you will also find well-known beach clubs such as Cabana and Madero.

The Villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room with open kitchen provides access to the porch through sliding doors. In the garden is a covered seating area to enjoy the shade.

Within walking distance, diagonally opposite the resort, is the popular Mambo Beach Boulevard with all amenities, such as beautiful beaches, restaurants, hotels and popular beach clubs such as Madero Ocean Club, Cabana Beach Club and Chill Beach Bar & Grill.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant

In case of cancellation up to 15 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 15 days (inclusive) to 5 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 5 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
