This new, beautiful and luxurious Villa 'Monrel' is located in the beautiful, fully enclosed and secure resort 'Elisabeth Villas & Apartments' at minutes walking distance from the popular Mambo Beach and the Sea Aquarium. In addition to restaurants and shops, you will also find well-known beach clubs such as Cabana and Madero.

The Villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room with open kitchen provides access to the porch through sliding doors. In the garden is a covered seating area to enjoy the shade.

Within walking distance, diagonally opposite the resort, is the popular Mambo Beach Boulevard with all amenities, such as beautiful beaches, restaurants, hotels and popular beach clubs such as Madero Ocean Club, Cabana Beach Club and Chill Beach Bar & Grill.

Within 10 minutes you are in the historic city center of Willemstad or the cozy Pietermaai!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit
  1. Payments must be made through the cashless route: The tenant will receive a Payment Request by e-mail. If the Tenant has created a MyMicazu Account on the site, she will also be directed to the payment page via the payment buttons in her account. The Rent must be paid no later than the date of arrival of the Tenant at the Accommodation indicated in the Booking Request.
  2. You must pay 25% of the invoice amount as well as the entire deposit within 14 days of the invoice date via the Micazu portal. The remaining invoice amount of 75% must be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date via the Micazu portal.
  3. If your reservation is within one month before the arrival date, upon receipt of the invoice (deposit and residual invoice are due and are drawn up in one invoice), you must pay 100% of the invoice amount as well as the deposit in one go, no later than within three calendar days.
Cancellation
Always in writing (by post or by e-mail):
  • In case of cancellation up to 3 calendar months before the day of arrival, the cancellation is free of charge.
  • In case of cancellation up to 28 days before the day of arrival, 25% of the rent is due.
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days to the day of arrival, 50% of the rent is due.
  • If you have not arrived on the day of arrival, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental price will be due. In the event of late arrival, the rental agreement remains in place and no rent can be settled for the days that the tenant has not used the house.
  • In case of cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded.
By paying a (partial) payment of or the entire rent, you confirm that you have read and agree to the general rental terms and conditions. The other general terms and conditions will be sent to you together with the invoice.
