This new, beautiful and luxurious Villa, part of a 2 under 1 roof, is located on the beautiful, fully fenced and 24/7 secured resort 'Elisabeth Villas & Apartments'.
The resort is still under construction, so not all apartments and villas are ready yet and not all infrastructure is in place yet. So keep this in mind!

The villa consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room with open kitchen, gives access to porch through harmonica doors. On the porch there is a dining table and a seat and in the garden there is a lovely private swimming pool to enjoy.
The car can be parked on site.

Within walking distance, diagonally opposite the resort is the popular Mambo Beach Boulevard with all amenities such as beautiful beaches, restaurants, hotels and popular beach clubs such as Madero Ocean club, Cabana Beach Club and Chill Beach Bar & Grill.
Within 10 minutes you are in the historic city center of Willemstad or the cozy Pietermaai!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant

In case of cancellation up to 15 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 15 days (inclusive) to 5 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 5 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
