It is also a 10-minute drive from the center of Willemstad located picturesque Punda and Otrabanda, Jan Thiel and other tourist attractions.
To do your daily shopping, several supermarkets are just a few minutes' drive away.

The recently renovated apartment with spacious outdoor terrace is equipped with modern equipment, comfortable seating and sleeping furnishings, a complete kitchen and neat sanitary/shower facilities. So upon arrival you just have to unpack your suitcases and go on a journey of discovery in the area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The apartment is rented including average (10Kwh per day) use of energy. If the average is exceeded, additional costs may be charged by the landlord. If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
