Accommodation & capacity 

The villa is suitable for up to 6 people (excl. children up to 2 years).

For children up to 2 years old, accommodation is free of charge and cot(s) are available.

If the schedule allows it, a late check-out is possible free of charge (always confirmed in advance and in writing).

There are no surcharges per additional person. The price is based on the full stay up to a maximum of 6 guests. Rates include bed and bath linen, washing machine, dryer and WiFi.

Rates & additional costs

All rates are excluding 7% tourist tax. We use fair and relatively low cleaning costs:

Final cleaning: €150 (mandatory)

Interim cleaning: €75 (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)

Deposit: €500. This will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation, provided that no damage or exceptional consumption has been found.

Consumption (included & extra)

Water consumption up to 1 m³ per day included. Electricity consumption up to 45 kWh per day included. More than enough with normal use.

Extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit: Electricity: €0.45 per kWh / Water: €7 per m³

House rules

The main booker must be at least 25 years old. No parties or events allowed. No noise disturbance after 23:00. Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property.

Arrival & departure

Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out            : until 12:00

If the schedule allows it, a late check-out is possible free of charge (always confirmed in advance and in writing).
