Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the rental period: Free of charge
Cancellation between 60 and 31 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days : 100% of the rental price, only the deposit will be refunded!

For longer stays, a discount of 10% will be granted from the 4th week.

Prices include safe, internet, smart TV, bed linen, towel set and beach towel.
The consumption of electricity is not included and will be charged separately with the deposit. The electricity consumption is determined by reading the meter readings at check-in and check-out. ( Electricity Euro 0.50 / KWw)
Deposit : Euro 300,00 to be paid at the time of booking

For the final cleaning, at the end of your stay, you pay a one-time fee of Euro 80, which must be paid at the time of booking.
If you want an intermediate cleaning, this is possible and must be paid in cash on site.
