About this space
Relax and unwind in this stylishly finished villa with a lovely swimming pool. This renovated walled house is located in a safe neighborhood very close to Jan Thiel Beach. The beach, the popular beach clubs and the supermarket are all a stone's throw away from Villa Seru. This way you don't miss anything, while you can enjoy your company in privacy and tranquility.
Included in the price is the weekly intermediate cleaning on the 7th day of stay and the final cleaning.
The space
Layout: through the main entrance you enter the spacious open living room with comfortable sitting area. The modern and stylish (almost) professional kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped, from Nespresso milk frother to NutriBullet, everything is provided. The large cozy dining table offers enough space for 10 people. The many windows, the connection to the covered veranda and high ceilings give the house a wonderfully spacious feeling. Through the living room you enter the balcony that gives an extensive view over Jan Thiel. A Caribbean breeze keeps the house nice and cool. The entire floor has a luxurious cast floor. With the outside stairs you go down and you come to the swimming pool which is equipped with sunbeds and sturdy umbrellas, and of course the outdoor kitchen/lounge. Just like in the living room, there is an HD flat screen TV and the large outdoor fridge will provide you with ice-cold thirst quenchers.
The 5 bedrooms are located on the same floor as the living room (ground floor) and each has air conditioning, a fan, a wardrobe and an Eastborn king-size bed. The beds can also be made up separately as two single beds. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. There are 4 bathrooms: 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, the other 3 bedrooms have a private bathroom. There is another toilet and laundry room by the pool.
Other things to note
During check-in, the meter readings will be noted for further billing after the stay.
A normal water and electricity consumption of 50 KwH and 2 m3 of water per day is included. Additional consumption may be charged at $0.60 per KwH and $8 per m3. At the end of the stay, this can be paid by debit/credit card.
