This beautiful holiday villa is located in the luxurious residential area of Vista Royal in JanThiel, just 800 meters from Jan Thiel Bay. The villa is located higher up, has a very good breeze and a beautiful distant view. The detached villa stands on a plot of 1000 m2 and is completely fenced.
The living room has high ceilings and French doors to the covered porch. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, American fridge freezer with ice cubes and cooled water, cooking island with 5-burner gas hob, Nespresso and an oven. You can also walk from the kitchen onto the covered porch through French doors. There is also a separate guest toilet.
The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with double sink and walk-through shower and toilet.

The master bedroom and a second bedroom have patio doors towards the pool.
