Villa Dushi Vibes Jan Thiel is located in the Jan Thiel district, less than 5 minutes from Jan Thiel beach with all the beautiful restaurants such as Zest, Tinto and Zanzibar and about 10 minutes from the well-known Mambo Beach where you can walk along the promenade and can enjoy all beach clubs such as Bonita, Madero oceanclub and Cabana Beachclub!

The Villa offers accommodation for 6 to 7 people with free WiFi, air conditioning, a 10 meter long private swimming pool with built-in jaccuzi in our green garden with real grass. This villa also has free private parking to keep your car safe.

The villa is laid out with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a smart TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio with garden views.

Also, for added convenience, you can rent a car through the property manager and book almost all activities for an additional fee.

  • Water and electricity costs, €0.40 per KwH and €0.20 per m3 are charged.
  • Statutory tourist tax of 7%.
  • Deposit of €400.00 for the Villa.
  • Deposit of €400.00 for the SUV.
  • Final cleaning €150.00. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory complete intermediate cleaning (including new bed linen, towels, etc.) of €75.00
