The open-plan living areas connect seamlessly with the outdoor spaces, allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty of Curacao from the comfort of your own villa. For families with more than 6 people, the main house can be combined very well with the detached full apartment.

Both offer total accommodation for 8 guests.

The beautiful apartment is located right next to the main house and therefore does not feel closed, but does offer a lot of privacy.

On request you can only rent the villa.
At Villa Colibri you can optionally book the Toyota 4 runner SUV for 7 people. The perfect rental car to explore the surroundings of the entire island.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation of the tenant
1a. In case of cancellation between the date of the written agreement and 12 weeks before arrival, the compensation is due on the total rent.
Free cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not (anymore) use the rented property, he will still owe the full rent.

*In case of later cancellations, the lesson is due for the full amount of the total rent. In both cases, the date of receipt of the cancellation is binding. Cancellation must be made by email.
*We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance to protect against, among other things, your inability to make the trip described in this agreement. Covid-19 exceptional cancellation An addition to the regular cancellation policy will be made that applies to the future developments of the current global Covid-19 pandemic.
*The COVID-19 cancellation policy applies when: - A reservation must be cancelled due to government-imposed travel restrictions, mandatory quarantines, or forced flight cancellations. - Because certain countries are subject to an entry or exit ban imposed by the country of destination and/or country of origin at the time of travel.
*To be eligible for the "Covid-19 Exceptional Cancellation Policy", the renter may be required to provide the travel agency with proof that they are unable to travel during the rental period. Examples include: Flight Cancellation Notification (Airline Cancellation Email).
