The house is located at the back of the plot, on a cul-de-sac, has a lot of privacy and a tropical garden.
The location is centrally located between Jan Thiel beach (5 minutes by car) and Mambo Beach (10 minutes by car). There are several supermarkets, diving school and restaurants in the area.
There is access to the salt pans for walking or cycling.
The house has a new kitchen with bar to sit down. The kitchen is fully equipped such as fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Under the spacious porch that serves as a living room is a dining table with 6 comfortable chairs and a corner sofa.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each with its own bathroom including toilet.
All bedrooms have both a fan and air conditioning. There are also fans outside.
A baby cot (camping bed) and high chair are available on request.
At the swimming pool with staircase and seating edge there are sunbeds and a parasol. Here you can also find a large table to eat and drink in the evening by the illuminated swimming pool.
The plot is equipped with a remote controlled fence.
Wifi is available throughout the site.
Villa Pinapple and Villa Coconut can also be rented together for a larger group of up to 8 people, feel free to send us a message for the prices.
If you rent Villa Coconut, Villa Pinapple is not rented at the same time.
