Luxury Penthouse of 200 m² in Jan Thiel – Vista Royal, Curaçao
Our luxurious and spacious penthouse of no less than 200 m² is located in one of the most beautiful locations of Curaçao, in the very popular Jan Thiel district on the outskirts of Vista Royal. A quiet, green area and yet within walking distance of everything you need on holiday.
The penthouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. With its spacious layout of 200 m², there is plenty of room to enjoy together and retreat for a while.
There is an open kitchen and a lovely porch overlooking the many palm trees and the swimming pool. On the porch you will find a dining area and a lounge area, where a pleasant breeze usually blows. Inside is a spacious sitting area with flat screen TV and an additional dining area.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms; The washing machine is also located here. On the top floor you will find the 3rd bedroom with the 3rd bathroom, plus a spacious loft with a nice place to chill.
In the communal garden is the swimming pool with sunbeds.
The location
In the immediate vicinity you will find beautiful beaches, the best beach clubs on the island, excellent restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket with long opening hours. The famous beach Jan Thiel Beach is only about 10 to 15 minutes walk away (about 1 km). The famous salt pans of Jan Thiel and the Spanish Water can also be reached within 5 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of diving opportunities nearby.

Koko's Beach Club & Restaurant, quiet, beautiful beach with delicious casual food and good snorkeling opportunities.
Tinto Bar, beautiful view over the beach, perfect for snacks and dinner at sunset.
Brisa Do Mar, popular waterfront restaurant with fresh fish and a romantic atmosphere (reservation recommended).
De Visboer / Villa Vis, near the fishing port; Delicious for fresh fish and sushi, you order at the counter and choose your own preparation.
Kant'i Awa, also on the fishing port, is known for its grilled meat and fish dishes in a friendly atmosphere.
