The stated nightly price is based on an occupancy of up to 6 people.
The guesthouse can be used by up to 2 additional people. It is charged USD 15 per person per night.
During your stay, an electricity consumption limit of 45 kWh per day applies.
Any additional consumption above this limit will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay at a rate of USD 0.50 per kWh.
A security deposit of USD 250 is required for each reservation. Any costs for extra electricity consumption or damage will be deducted from this. The remaining amount will be refunded after checking the property.
