You can see many species of birds here, such as the parakeet, the hummingbird, the trupial and the American kestrel. Because the villa is located slightly higher, you have a wide view of the resort and the surrounding area.

Holiday villa Kas Mondi is located on the gated resort of Marbella Estate in the popular district of Jan Thiel. The resort has a communal swimming pool.

Explanation of prices

The rental price is based on an occupancy of 1-4 persons.
Per additional person € 12.50 per night. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people.

Children up to 2 years old stay for free.

Unless indicated otherwise:
Low season: minimum stay 7 nights.
High season: minimum stay 10 nights.

Price including normal water consumption (= max. 1m3 per day).

Price excluding:
- 7% tax
- electricity consumption (€ 0.40 per kWh)
- additional consumption of water (€ 7.00 per m3)
- final cleaning € 95.00

Deposit: € 450.00

NB. electricity and additional water consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

From this beautiful house are many well known places in Curacao at your fingertips. Several beaches, famous Mambo Beach and the Seaquarium are 5 minutes by car.
You will also find some good and enjoyable restaurants within 5 minutes reach. It is a 10 minutes drive to the center of Willemstad, where Kura Hulanda (with its restored houses) is definitely worth a visit.
