Layout apartment
The apartment has three 2-person bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and two modern bathrooms. The living room is stylishly furnished and equipped with a smart TV, Bose Wireless Speaker and binoculars, so you can make the most of the view. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped, including an American fridge, oven, teppanyaki plate, grill plate, dishwasher, blender, hand blender, Nespresso and Senseo. While cooking, you can enjoy the beautiful sea view through the beautiful window in the kitchen, which also provides extra light.
The large balcony with lounge seating area and sunbed offers a fantastic view over the Caribbean Sea, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The master bedroom also has a private balcony at the back of the apartment, for even more peace and privacy. The pool is shared with some other apartments, so you always have the space to enjoy a refreshing swim.
The area
The apartment is located in an exclusive resort located in the beautiful Vista Royal (Jan Thiel). The resort consists of luxury villas and apartments and offers the perfect combination of peace, privacy and luxury. The villas have private swimming pools and there is a communal swimming pool for the apartments.
Just 100 meters away are the beaches of Papagayo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach.

- Intermediate cleaning €75 mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights, to be paid in advance at Droomvilla.
- Check-in from 16:00 and Check-out until 12:00 a.m
- Minimum rental period is 7 nights. Christmas period 14 nights
- Late check-out can be requested from the manager on site at an additional cost.
- Including water & electricity consumption (electricity consumption max. 40 KwH per day, above that € 0.55 per KwH will be charged to you).

- As an international visitor, you must complete the Digital Immigration Card (DI Card) online within 7 days before departure.
