This bungalow was completely renovated in November 2023. A plunge pool has been built and it has been completely redesigned, both inside and in the garden.
Behind our tropical villa is this completely separate bungalow with its own gate and entrance. It is located in the popular Vista Royal/Jan Thiel district within walking distance of Jan Thiel Beach with its beaches, beach bars, infinity pool, cozy restaurants and shops.

Our bungalow has a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, both with private bathrooms. It also has a spacious porch and a private garden (completely walled) with a dining table, lounge furniture and sun beds and a lovely splash pool. There is also a private driveway with a gate so that the car can be parked on your own property.

The new modern kitchen (November 2023) is equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven/microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine. The entire apartment has 110/220 volt sockets, some even with USB, to charge your phone.
The bungalow is separated from all neighbors and from the house in front of it, which we rent to other guests.

My name is Mirjam and I live in the Netherlands with my husband Paul and son. We lost our hearts to Curaçao! We have several homes here that we like to use ourselves, but which we also want our guests to enjoy. Since we live in the Netherlands, our managers Evelien and Rahim arrange everything on site.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation between the day of booking and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
