On the spacious porch you will find a cozy indoor/outdoor bar and a gas barbecue, ideal for enjoying the Caribbean outdoors together. The villa is fully equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV, Starlink WiFi, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a washer/dryer combination. There is also a private parking space on site.
Other things to note
- For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory interim cleaning fee of USD 155 applies.
- Per person, 5 kWh of electricity per day is included. Any additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit. Water consumption is included.
- Smoking indoors is not allowed.
- After 22:00 we ask you to be considerate of the neighbors and to limit noise nuisance.
- We require a cash deposit of USD 500 upon arrival. This will be returned on departure, provided there are no special features.
