Welcome to Villa Ocean View 6, a luxury villa with private pool and breathtaking views over the Caribbean Sea. Located just 100 meters from the beach, beach clubs and restaurants of Jan Thiel, this villa offers ultimate privacy and comfort for 8 people.
The villa features four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the tropical outdoor area with a comfortable lounge set and an 8-seater dining table on the veranda. Via a staircase you reach the pool deck with sunbeds, beach chairs, covered lounge sofas and a luxurious gas BBQ, ideal for relaxation and cozy evenings under the stars.
Layout villa
The villa has four 2-person bedrooms, all equipped with new, low-noise air conditioners and mosquito nets, two bathrooms, a very spacious living room with flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with all conceivable kitchen appliances, such as American fridge, oven, dishwasher, Senseo and Nespresso.
On the spacious veranda is a comfortable lounge set and an 8-person dining table. The lower spacious pool deck is accessible via a staircase. Here too there is a large dining table and there are 4 separate sunbeds and beach chairs. It is wonderful to relax here on three fixed covered lounge sofas where 6 people can lie very comfortably. To make it complete, there is a luxurious BBQ (gas) and atmospheric deck lighting.
The area
The apartment is located in an exclusive resort located in the beautiful Vista Royal (Jan Thiel). The resort consists of luxury villas and apartments and offers the perfect combination of peace, privacy and luxury. The villas have private swimming pools and there is a communal swimming pool for the apartments. Just 100 metres away are Papagayo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach.
Good to know
- Intermediate cleaning €100 mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights, to be paid in advance at Droomvilla.
- Check-in from 16:00 and Check-out until 12:00 a.m
- Minimum rental period is 7 nights. Christmas period 14 nights
- Late check-out can be requested from the manager on site at an additional cost.
- Including water & electricity consumption (electricity consumption max. 60 KwH per day, above that € 0.55 per KwH will be charged to you).

- As an international visitor, you must complete the Digital Immigration Card (DI Card) online within 7 days before departure.
