The villa is surrounded by a beautiful and fully blooming garden, through which you can take a lovely walk and then arrive at an amazing swimming pool, the showpiece of LXRY.
The villa has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, fully equipped, adjacent to the spacious living room. With the high ceilings a pleasant stay.

The living room adjoins the terrace, the sliding doors can really be opened completely, so that the outside also comes in a bit. The terrace has a very spacious dining table with plenty of chairs and on the terrace also plenty of sunbeds, possibly with a large parasol, for relaxing.

The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom and walk in closets. Also in the master bedroom French doors to the terrace. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

A short walk through the garden will take you to the communal swimming pool, there are also plenty of places to enjoy all the beauty and sounds that nature has to offer.
