The luxury villa with sea view is located in the secure residential area Jan Sofat (Jan Thiel). The villa is a 5-minute drive from Jan Thiel Beach.

In brief:
The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 luxurious bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Here is also the large porch and swimming pool. Downstairs are 2 large studios, each with a private terrace. Here is also the gym and pool room.

The space:
The luxury villa is 400m2 and is located at the highest point of Jan Sofat. This gives the house a magnificent view and there is always a cooling breeze.

You enter the very spacious living space through the open shutter doors. The kitchen has a cooking island, a luxury induction Smeg stove with oven, a gas burner and 2 double American fridges with water supply and ice maker.

The sitting area consists of 2 large lounge sofas with an 86 inch smart TV. Of course including an extensive channel package.

On this floor there is also a spacious utility room with washing machine and dryer, a toilet and 3 spacious bedrooms. The master has its own bathroom and walking closet. The other 2 bedrooms share a large, luxurious bathroom.

From the living room you have a great view of the porch and swimming pool with views to the Spanish Water and the sea.
On the large porch is a lounge corner and a four-meter dining table with 12 chairs.

There are 2 large lounge beds by the pool and a cozy lounge area under the roof.

Through the front garden you can take a path to the ground floor on the side. Here you will find a large studio with kitchen, bathroom and covered terrace on both sides of the villa. You reach the gym and the pool room through the indoor corridor.

In the front garden is a spacious terrace with a lounge sofa and a large BBQ that can be used on coal or gas. There is room for 2 cars under the carport.

The villa is 5-10 minutes drive from beaches, shops, restaurants, the salt pans, etc. Willemstad is 15 minutes drive.

Jan Sofat:

Jan Sofat is an exclusive private resort, very quietly located on the Spanish Water with its own yacht club. The resort offers 24 hour security.

Other:
- The night rate is exclusive of 7% turnover tax (formerly tourist tax). This will be charged as an additional cost.
- There is also a mandatory cleaning every 7 days. The cost of this is USD 150.
- Prices include 60 KwH per day. For additional consumption, € 0.40 per KwH is charged.

The guest must approve the above terms and the house rules before check-in. Information will be emailed from the host to the guest for approval. The guest must therefore provide an email address.
