This beautifully designed resort offers a very large saltwater pool with a waterfall, pool decks, chill out areas, grilling area and beautiful tropical landscaping that will put you in paradisiacal surroundings.

Your luxuriously modernly furnished, ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is 100 m2 in size.

It offers a spacious living room with an open kitchen which blends seamlessly into indoor and outdoor space. This apartment has two bedrooms with a/c and each with its own bathroom.

Your porch offers a comfortable sitting and dining area where you can enjoy the cool breeze of the ever-present Curaçao trade winds.

We highly recommend that all of our guests rent a car during their stay in Curacao to make the most of their vacation. It will be our pleasure to recommend one of our favorite car rental companies. Parking is free and in the enclosed area of Jan Sofat LUX.

Please note that our rate includes water and Wi-Fi. Electricity is not included and costs € 0.50 per kWh. Our rule of thumb for the cost of electricity is € 5.00 per room per night, provided the air conditioning runs for 8 hours at 25 degrees Celsius.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

By making a reservation with NOOM B.V., you agree to our terms and conditions. We would therefore like to refer to the attached rental conditions.

The accommodation may not be used by more than the number of adults and children specified in your reservation.
All guests adhere to the "good neighbor policy" of NOOM B.V. and will refrain from illegal activities. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
NOOM B.V. does not allow pets unless specifically stated in your reservation.
The tenant must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum age indicated for renting the accommodation, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Smoking (including shisha) is not allowed in the accommodation and on the premises.
Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property or on the premises.
The tenant is liable for any damage to and in the accommodation and on the premises and agrees to charge the charge to the credit card/deposit on file in case of damage during the stay.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. After that (unless otherwise stated in the property description and the specific conditions of the accommodation), if you cancel 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation, you will receive a refund of the amount you made, minus the reservation fee. No full or partial refunds will be given for no-shows or if you cancel less than 30 days before the first night of your reservation.
Travel and cancellation insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance to protect against charges if you need to cancel your reservation for an insurance reason.
