A spacious and modern luxury villa in a safe residential area in Curaçao, with all the amenities a family or group could wish for, and private access. The villa is a two-storey house with new modern rooms and bathrooms.

It has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a large kitchen/living room. The view from the living room and terrace is breathtaking, both day and night. Lush tropical gardens surround the villa and the separate large pool and pool area.

The residential area of Jan Sofat is known as one of the chic, quiet neighborhoods on the island, and is in close proximity to the tourist area of Jan Thiel, where you will find Jan Thiel Beach, several restaurants, casino, spa and bars and water sports facilities. The well-known Mambo Beach area, with its beach clubs and shops, is just a 15-minute drive away.

Upon entering the central hall you walk past the first bedroom with a private bathroom on the left, walk through to the living area with an open kitchen. This is equipped with a dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob and wine fridge, and connects seamlessly to the living space with beamed ceilings.
Wooden shutters above the countertop offer glimpses of the scenic Spanish Water and an adjoining covered deck suitable for dining or entertaining.

The living room also has a side exit through sliding glass doors, which leads to a tranquil garden with a serene place for relaxation. The master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom, is located at the end of the hallway. Additional sliding glass doors in the hallway and kitchen reveal a tropical courtyard where the remaining two bedrooms are located, each with its own bathroom with sliding glass doors. All bathrooms have walk-in showers and double sinks.

A descent via the stairs reveals the villa's inviting swimming pool, measuring 6.3 m by 3.3 m.

By completing the booking, you agree to the rental conditions of NOOM B.V. The full terms and conditions are available on request.

Summary of the general rental conditions:

The accommodation may not be used by more than the number of adults and children specified in your reservation.
All guests adhere to the "good neighbor policy" of NOOM B.V. and will refrain from illegal activities. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
NOOM B.V. does not allow pets unless specifically stated in your reservation.
The tenant must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum age indicated for renting the accommodation, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Smoking (including shisha) is not allowed in the accommodation and on the premises.
Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property or on the premises.
The tenant is liable for any damage to and in the accommodation and on the premises and agrees to charge the charge to the credit card/deposit on file in case of damage during the stay.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. After that (unless otherwise stated in the property description and the specific conditions of the accommodation), if you cancel 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation, you will receive a refund of the amount you made, minus the reservation fee. No full or partial refunds will be given for no-shows or if you cancel less than 30 days before the first night of your reservation.
Travel and cancellation insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance to protect against charges if you need to cancel your reservation for an insurance reason.
