This wonderful holiday villa is located in the quiet residential area of Vista Montana, about a 10-minute drive from Mambo beach and Jan Thiel beach and is suitable for 6 people.

The villa has a private swimming pool and a spacious garden where you can enjoy both the sun and the shade. You can also enjoy a lovely breeze in the garden all day long.

The garden and swimming pool were newly constructed in February 2023 and are fully equipped. Fast WiFi is available throughout the villa.

The villa is equipped with CCTV on the outside, this security is located at the front and rear of the house and is placed to secure the house during vacancy. All cameras will be turned off during your stay to ensure your privacy.

Neighborhood description:

The Vista Montana district borders the Jan Thiel area. Near the villa you will find a supermarket and restaurants within a 2-minute drive. The beaches Mambo beach and Jan Thiel Beach can be reached within 10 minutes. There are many restaurants on these beaches where you can enjoy the sun, sea and good food all day long.

Renting a car is also possible, with a starting price of €37.50 per day for a mid-sized sedan.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Other costs:

- Deposit: €700 (must be paid 7 days before arrival)
- Water costs: €8 per m3
- Final cleaning: €150 (must be paid 7 days before arrival)
- Electricity costs: €0.50 per KWH
- 7% tourist tax calculated on the overnight rate during the booking period.

Water, electricity, 7% tourist tax & final cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit within 7 days after departure. You will receive a specification of this.

Cancellation conditions:

Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 14 days later. 50% refund when you cancel at least 7 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
